You will:
- Provide legal advice to colleagues on a variety of matters – from daily operations to strategic business decisions;
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents – including contracts, internal regulations, KYC documents, claims and shareholder resolutions;
- Communicate with partners internationally – supporting effective collaboration and smooth contract implementation;
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of law – from corporate day-to-day matters to complex international legal issues;
- Managing legal processes in foreign jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Law;
- 2–3 years of experience working as a lawyer in a law firm or as in-house counsel within an international company;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
- Fluent level of Lithuanian language;
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and openness to change;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and embrace new approaches;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

€1,800 - €2,200 a month
The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1800 EUR gross/month to 2200 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews!
