You will:
- Perform desk research in Romanian and English;
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistics, surveys, or institutional sources and be able to identify and review such data;
- Support the drafting of reports, policy briefs, presentations, etc. on different topics;
- Assist in client meetings and stakeholder consultations (interviews, focus groups, workshops);
- Provide backstopping support to the team of experts, in direct relation to projects implemented and to client requests;
- Contribute to the preparation of technical and financial proposals for donors with the support of senior staff and be able to identify and match the team of experts to the requirements;
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants and senior analysts on project tasks.
Requirements:
- Top-performing recent graduate in Public Administration, Communication,
- Management, Political Science, Business, Economics, Finance or a related subject;
- Good command in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint;
- Analytical and synthetic thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills;
- Excellent command of Romanian (native) and English (B2+ level) (written and spoken);
- High level of attention to detail and responsible attitude to work;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse offices;
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines;
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
- A strong interest in public sector reforms and various policy areas such as education, social inclusion, employment, transport, health or in EU-funded programmes/projects.
