The Technical Solutions Specialist at Clozd is a key role combining technical implementations, strategic client engagement, and focused support to ensure successful client experiences and contribute significantly to product development and adoption.

What you will be doing:

    • Technical Implementations & Integrations -
    • Guide clients through technical onboarding, setting up and managing integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Teams, Slack, Gong, DKIM, SSO, Crayon, and API connections.

    • Client Engagement & Feature Adoption -
    • Engage regularly with clients to drive successful adoption of new features, offering training and support resources.
    • Monitor feature usage and proactively offer assistance to enhance client success and product utilization.

    • Support Responsibilities -
    • Efficiently handle client and internal support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions aligned with SLAs.
    • Diagnose, document, and escalate technical issues or bugs, maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal Program Managers throughout the resolution process.
    • Act as the primary technical support contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Utilize and manage a variety of support and reporting tools, including Zendesk, Jira, Zapier, Slack, Tableau, Salesforce, Postmark, Notion, and Postico.
    • Proactively identify ways to improve support processes and reduce response and resolution times.

    • Product Strategy & Client Feedback -
    • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, influencing the product roadmap based on client input and feedback.
    • Document and prioritize client feature requests, translating these into actionable Jira tickets for development.

    • Training & Documentation -
    • Deliver training sessions to clients, clearly explaining platform features, integrations, and functionalities.
    • Develop and maintain both client-facing and internal documentation, ensuring resources are current and accessible.

Qualifications:

    • 1+ year(s) of experience in technical solutions, implementations, support, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics.
    • Ability or eagerness to quickly master new technical tools and concepts.
    • Practical experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and integrations.
    • Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, or similar issue-tracking platforms.
    • Strategic and proactive mindset for improving processes and enhancing client satisfaction.
    • Location: Lehi, UT (we are currently not hiring remote employees)
    • Expected start date: Summer 2025 (flexible, but ideally ~June timeframe)
    • Compensation: Negotiable depending on experience
