We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Partner Enablement Specialist to join our Product Enablement team. This role primarily focuses on KYC onboarding, ongoing compliance, and general business support for our merchants and distribution partners. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese publishers and stakeholders, possess strong communication skills, and have a client-first mindset to ensure smooth collaboration and high client satisfaction. This position involves business support and operational coordination.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support B2B relationships with publishers, partners, and distributors to ensure smooth collaboration and high client satisfaction.
    • Conduct KYC onboarding and ongoing remediation for publishers, PCs, and distributors to maintain compliance and data integrity.
    • Perform periodic compliance reviews and ensure all regulatory standards are met.
    • Maintain and update master product lists, pricing, and contractual details to support commercial activities.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating seamless communication via WhatsApp, WeChat, and email.
    • Collaborate closely with finance, compliance, and distribution partnership teams to align on client needs and operational requirements.

Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Language proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with publishers and stakeholders
    • Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Client Focus: A client-first mentality with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative, able to work under pressure.
    • Experience in compliance or operations roles.
    • Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory requirements.

    • Nice to Have:
    • Previous experience in account servicing or account management.
    • Exposure to the mobile application or gaming industry.
    • Technical background or experience in system operations is a plus but not mandatory.
