Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager with drive, intellectual curiosity, an appetite for working on hard things, and a founder’s mentality of complete ownership. You will own the strategy and execution of our flagship product and relentlessly seek new ways to provide value for our customers and improve the patient financial experience for patients.
Additionally, you will adopt an AI-first mentality to find ways to incorporate the latest AI advancements throughout our product. We have already embedded LLMs as a key feature for AI-driven patient support through chat and voice, and there is a tremendous opportunity to continue building these products and finding additional ways to leverage AI in ways that will be transformative for patients and providers.
This role does have an on-site requirement in our San Francisco office and therefore only candidates in the area will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and execution both for customers and business clients
- Lead product discovery to find key business opportunities
- Leverage customer behavior data and solicit ideas to build a fully fleshed-out product backlog
- Define success KPIs to measure and report progress on goals
- Communicate clearly and crisply with engineering teams and leadership stakeholders
- Work with engineering and design teams to ensure that we build scalable, innovative solutions that challenge the status quo
- Work with our sales and customer success teams to check the pulse of the market and perpetuate a customer-obsessed culture
- Work with support to ensure that we iterate and improve upon the product experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company and/or experience as a founder preferred
- Passion for solving challenging problems in vertical SaaS industries
- Strong product sense, analytical sense, and execution sense
- Self-starter with a bias towards action
- Managed a successful product from 0-1 or grew and existing product significantly
- Relentlessly focused on customers’ needs
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication
- Candidates already located in San Francisco, California are preferred - candidates located in the United States and willing to relocate to San Francisco will also be considered.

- Compensation Range: $180,000 - $220,000 per yer plus equity and bonus opportunity
