About Collectly:
Collectly is a fast-growing healthcare tech startup leading the charge in transforming the U.S. healthcare market through AI-driven innovation. In the U.S., millions of patients interact with healthcare providers daily, navigating a system that often struggles with inefficiencies, administrative burdens, and suboptimal financial experiences.

At the forefront of the AI boom, Collectly is redefining revenue cycle management (RCM) by applying cutting-edge artificial intelligence to automate workflows, streamline billing processes, and create seamless financial experiences. Our solutions are designed to tackle some of the biggest challenges in healthcare: accelerating cash flow, reducing administrative overhead, and elevating the patient experience during critical non-clinical touchpoints.

By simplifying billing for providers and elevating the patient financial experience, Collectly empowers healthcare organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

We empower healthcare providers to focus on what matters most—delivering care.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an ABM / Campaigns Operations Manager to build and scale Collectly’s ABM/ABX engine. In this role, you’ll design, orchestrate, and operationalize multichannel, multithreaded campaigns that engage entire buying committees — across inbound, outbound, events, and partner motions.

This is a hybrid role combining strategic ABM thinking with hands-on campaign execution and ops rigor. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, Growth, and Product Marketing to ensure Collectly’s campaigns are aligned, measurable, and driving real pipeline impact.

What You'll Do

    • ABM/ABX ownership: Develop and operationalize account-based marketing strategies for Collectly’s ICP accounts.
    • Campaign orchestration: Run integrated plays across ads, outbound, events, direct mail, and content — ensuring they connect into cohesive account journeys.
    • Multi-threaded engagement: Build campaigns that target multiple personas across buying committees, enabling sales to engage at multiple levels.
    • Operational excellence: Own campaign workflows, tooling, targeting lists, and reporting processes to make ABM/ABX repeatable and scalable.
    • Sales alignment: Partner with SDRs and AEs on campaign execution, account insights, and enablement resources to maximize conversion.
    • Performance measurement: Build dashboards, track campaign influence on pipeline, and provide insights that guide optimizations.
    • Experimentation: Continuously test tactics, cadences, and channel mixes to refine Collectly’s ABM/ABX playbook.

Who You Are

    • 4+ years in B2B demand generation, campaigns, or ABM/ABX roles (SaaS or healthcare tech preferred).
    • Proven success operationalizing account-based programs that influenced pipeline and revenue.
    • Strong understanding of multi-channel orchestration (digital, outbound, events, content) and how to connect them into unified campaigns.
    • Highly analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, or equivalent tools.
    • Excellent communicator, skilled at collaborating with Sales and SDRs.
    • Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment with shifting priorities.
    • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area as this is a hybrid role with a 3 day in office requirement.
