Our services include the Google Ad Grant, Facebook + Instagram Advertising, Paid Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Impact Measurement and Web Development.

Just in the past year, Community Boost has directly served over 250 NPOs, generated over $10 million in donation revenue, and worked with some of the biggest brands in the space, including: Save the Children, Equal Justice Initiative, the Trevor Project, the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation and the Cancer Research Institute.

About the Role: 
Associate Consultants create, build and launch paid search campaigns on Google or social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for our nonprofit partners, while growing to become a successful Account Manager and soon exceeding client marketing goals and expectations through productive and educative client meetings.

In this role, you will be expected to practice outrageous customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional client service and always teeing up your cBC team members for success with a thorough systems mentality and clear-cut transparency.

To be a strong Associate Consultant, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit, have incredible communication skills and be extremely process oriented. Associate Consultants are on track to be the lead project & client managers of the Community Boost team. This role is client facing.

Your Day-to-Day

    • Work within the Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads platforms to consistently hit and surpass client pacing metrics and digital marketing goals (to start).
    • Lead productive client kickoffs, meetings and roadmaps and ensuring that the clients are informed, up-to-date and confident with their digital campaigns and strategies.
    • Effectively prioritize your work day, crush deadlines, and produce great deliverables while managing multiple accounts.
    • Execute in a timely fashion while always implementing Community Boost’s best practices on the digital marketing front for clients, focusing primarily on Paid Google Ads and occasionally, the Google Ad Grant.
    • Bring a systems mindset every day to solve problems permanently for the Community Boost team.

What You Bring

    • 6+ months minimum agency experience (nice to have, not required).
    • 1+ years of digital marketing experience, executing within the Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads platforms (nice to have, not required).
    • Google Ads Fundamentals, Search and Analytics Certifications (nice to have, not required).
    • Facebook Blueprint Certification (nice to have, not required)
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • An undeniable passion for digital marketing and the nonprofit space.
    • A love for the startup environment with the ability to thrive under pressure.
    • An aptitude for organization and being able to work on multiple projects at once.
