Who You Are
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of experience managing, leading, mentoring software engineers, though you may not have an official manager title
- Very comfortable working in high risk, high ambiguity situations with priorities that shift as new discoveries are made
- A proven track record of delivering solutions that solve the immediate problem (and no more) in such a way as to make future iteration easy and efficient
- Excited to be physically together with your team in our Hollywood office
What You'll Do
- Help guide your team towards optimal decisions on tech stack and design patterns
- Be a key player in helping product prioritize their work
- Build and maintain delightful APIs and event driven networks at scale
- Build and maintain industry transforming buying experiences using React, React Native and Typescript
- Participate in highly collaborative and creative design conversations as we solve the biggest problems in livestream shopping
- Coach, and be coached by, other highly intelligent, skilled and motivated engineers

$195,000 - $205,000 a year
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex's Total Rewards offerings for employees.
