TITOL™ is looking for a Tour Production Coordinator to provide essential support in the planning and execution of our tour business. This support-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring that all tour components run smoothly and that both clients and team members have what they need to succeed. 

Working Environment:
In-office 5 days a week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving and managing many projects simultaneously.

What You'll Do

    • Production & Logistics Coordination:
    • Oversee production tasks such as creating and sending POs to vendors, monitoring production timelines, and booking transportation of goods.
    • Ensure timely delivery of all products to venues which requires monitoring multiple projects at once and constant communication with respective parties.
    • Coordinate couriers for sample shipments and handle logistics for tour freight.
    • Stay up to date on project details, provide timely updates to supervisor, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned to keep projects moving forward.
    • Tour Operations & Support:
    • Manage and maintain the touring calendar to track all ongoing and upcoming shows and events.
    • Support the tour lead with preparation and execution, both in-office and on-site during shows as needed.
    • Monitor work-back schedules and assist with day-to-day tour operations.
    • Help manage last-minute changes or issues under the direction of a supervisor.
    • Administrative & Data Management:
    • Input data into AtVenu for each show, including product details, images, counts, and shipment notifications.
    • Submit and track invoices from vendors, freight companies, suppliers and other parties.
    • Maintain up-to-date price sheets and organized records of costing, units and deliveries. 
    • Contribute to post-tour evaluations and reporting.

Who You Are

    • Prior experience in tour apparel production and logistics preferred.
    • Comfortable using AtVenu, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to problem solve, find resources or back up plans while thinking outside the box. 
    • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction well.
    • Willingness to occasionally travel or work outside standard hours during peak tour times.

$67,000 - $77,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
