Overview

As the Senior Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing monetization strategies across our digital properties. You will oversee the integration of sales, marketing, and ad operations to streamline processes and maximize revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, experience with Google Ad Manager, CRM/OMS management (specifically Boostr), programmatic monetization, and proficiency in revenue analytics.

Key Responsibilities

    • Revenue Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute revenue optimization strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
    • Ad Operations Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager, ensuring efficient delivery and maximizing revenue potential.
    • CRM/OMS Management: Manage and optimize the use of Boostr CRM/OMS platform to streamline sales processes, improve client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
    • Programmatic Monetization: Lead programmatic monetization efforts, including header bidding, private marketplaces, and direct programmatic deals, to maximize yield and fill rates.
    • Ad Tech Landscape Awareness: Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the programmatic and ad tech landscape, leveraging this knowledge to innovate revenue strategies.
    • YouTube Monetization: Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue from YouTube channels, including ad placements, sponsorships, and partnerships.
    • Revenue Analytics: Utilize revenue analytics tools and platforms to analyze performance metrics, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize monetization strategies.
    • Paid Social Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns aimed at driving audience engagement and revenue growth.
    • Media Planning: Work closely with content and marketing teams to develop integrated media plans that align with advertiser objectives and maximize revenue potential.
    • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in digital advertising and revenue operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • In-depth knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Boostr CRM/OMS, programmatic monetization, digital ad sales and the broader ad tech ecosystem.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
    • Experience with YouTube monetization strategies and best practices.
    • Proficiency in revenue analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency in a digital publishing or media environment.

$165,000 - $185,000 a year
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
