About the Role

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is fully on-site in our New York office and will be responsible for the setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across desktop, mobile, video, and CTV. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

What You'll Do

    • Support the setup and launch of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including desktop, mobile, video, and CTV
    • Ensure accurate implementation of campaign elements such as ad creatives, targeting parameters, and tracking tags
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics daily to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization
    • Partner with team members to implement optimization strategies to improve performance and meet client goals
    • Create wrap reports detailing campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, and engagement
    • Conduct data analysis to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations
    • Provide campaign updates and address client inquiries when needed
    • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
    • Support ad operations tasks, including billing, trafficking, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving discrepancies
    • Help maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to campaign management

Who You Are

    • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
    • Proactive in problem-solving and eager to find solutions quickly
    • Able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
    • 4+ years of experience in digital media, campaign management, or ad operations
    • Experience interpreting data and applying insights to improve campaign performance
    • Experience managing complex projects and working across multiple teams
    • Comfortable in client-facing situations
    • Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
    • Experience troubleshooting 3rd-party tags (DCM, Innovid, Flashtalking)
    • Ability to adapt to diverse ways of working and handle competing priorities

$80,000 - $95,000 a year
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex's Total Rewards offerings for employees.
