Why We are Hiring
Head of Events, Brand Partnerships is a senior leadership role that focuses on driving strategic partnerships with brands through event-based marketing and experiences. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners, developing event strategies, and overseeing the successful execution of high-impact events that align with the company's business objectives.
Position Overview: The Brand Partnerships, Head of Events, will lead the creation and execution of large-scale events, experiential marketing campaigns, and brand activations that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, creative, and production teams, as well as key brand partners, to deliver best-in-class event experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the brand and sponsorship ecosystem and possess a proven track record of delivering successful, high-profile events.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement Brand Partnership event strategies that maximize brand exposure, customer engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate with brand partners to create tailored event experiences that elevate brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners, ensuring successful event execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, etc.,) to ensure seamless integration of event and partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute pop-up events, both as stand-alone experiences and as part of larger events
- Lead end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, and post-event analysis.
- Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards and deliver on KPIs such as attendance, engagement, media coverage, and ROI.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in event management, brand partnerships, or experiential marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful large-scale events.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and event marketing trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

$100,000 - $115,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
