Why We're Hiring
The Operations Manager position will focus on the seller side of the marketplace. This role will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our sellers and enforcing seller policies for all of Complex. This includes working with our top-tier sellers to improve their performance and sales on Complex.com.
This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including marketplace, logistics, engineering, marketing, sales and production teams, as well as key brand partners, to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the marketplace ecosystem and possess a proven track record of delivering successful, high-profile marketplace launches.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working in operations organization, preferably within an ecommerce marketplace company.
- Possess an understanding of eCommerce tools, especially Shopify, with the ability to leverage them effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable reporting on objectives and key results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain and how it relates to operations and seller performance.
- Flexible working hours and open to collaborating with cross-functional teams across various geographies and time zones.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and report on seller operations and performance, product onboarding and fulfillment rates, delivering weekly performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide clear workflow prioritization and gain alignment, ensuring sellers understand goals and timeline expectations.
- Utilize your expertise in Operations, Catalog and Logistics to continuously improve processes and redesign workflows for maximum operational efficiency.
- Play a key role in scaling operations, helping Complex and our marketplace sellers deliver a best-in-class commerce experience.
- You will draw on your understanding of operations tooling to improve processes and redesign workflows to optimize efficiency in getting the marketplace and all products listed on Complex in the most efficient manner possible.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex's Total Rewards offerings for employees.
