Deployed Technical Product Manager: CoEm

As a Deployed TPM for CoEm Deployment you will work closely with our Deployed Engineers to embed yourself with our clients to discover and solve their most pressing problems. Your role is to extract and synthesise information that helps you uncover high value problems, work with our engineers and researchers to dream up impactful solutions based on our CoEm architecture and manage workflows and relationships during implementation. This is an opportunity to help set the vision, strategy and roadmap for an exciting new paradigm for AI.

We have a preference for people who can get deep into the weeds of what we’re programming and have previous experience of working in a client facing B2B environment.

List of responsibilities may include:

    • Spend extensive time with clients and build relationships that allow you to dig deep into their business, identify their most pressing problems and design tailored solutions. This may include conducting interviews, analysing data and getting your hands dirty with existing and competing solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design and research to develop detailed roadmaps, clear product requirement documents and wireframes and act as the primary project manager for client engagements.
    • Support Sales in preparing and pitching proposals to prospective clients, proactively identify upsell opportunities with existing clients and collaborate with marketing to evangelise our solutions.
    • Stay abreast of key trends in how enterprises deploy AI while working with our research team to identify and prepare promising CoEm artefacts for commercialisation.
    • Collaborate with other Product Managers to integrate lessons learned in the field into broader product offerings.

You might be a good fit for this role if:

    • You have experience collaborating closely with clients and gathering actionable insights.
    • You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team with high bandwidth communication.
    • You are proactive, driven, and creative.
    • Have built fantastic products used by many people.
    • You care more about outcomes and impact than the exact implementation, or the tools used to solve the problem.
    • You like moving quickly and asking “how can we do this better and faster”?
    • Are willing to travel to client sites up to 25%.

Experience with the following would be a bonus:
