About Us
At Encord, we're building the AI infrastructure of the future. The biggest challenge AI companies face today is not half as glamorous as the outside world may think: it's all about data quality. The success of any AI application relies on the quality of a model's training data — and for 95% of teams, this step is the most costly and time-consuming in getting to market. As ex-computer scientists, physicists, and quants, we felt first-hand how the lack of tools to prepare quality training data was slowing progress in AI. We believe AI today is where computing or the internet was in the early days — full of promise, but lacking the infrastructure to scale. That’s why we started Encord. We’re now a 90+ person team building cutting-edge multimodal and visual AI tools, backed by top investors like CRV, Y Combinator, and industry leaders including Luc Vincent (ex-VP of AI at Meta). We’re growing fast, loved by our customers, and consistently rated the best product in our space. We're looking for an ambitious Sales Enablement Specialist to help us scale our go-to-market team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join Encord as our first Sales Enablement Manager and support our GTM team through rapid growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product to deliver impactful enablement projects that increase productivity, improve onboarding, and help us win deals more effectively. You’ll focus on project delivery — creating sales content, coordinating onboarding, supporting product launches, and helping the sales team stay ready, informed, and effective.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality enablement materials: battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and customer stories.
- Support onboarding for new sales hires: schedule sessions, manage checklists, and deliver training content.
- Translate product and feature updates into digestible sales documentation with the help of Product Marketing.
- Ensure sales readiness for new market segments, product releases, and key competitive changes. - Maintain and update enablement resources in internal tools like Notion and HubSpot.
- Help reps adopt and get value from tools like Jiminey (call recording), LetterAI, and other productivity platforms.
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue/Sales Ops, Product Marketing, or a GTM role.
- Strong writing and communication skills; able to produce clear, effective sales content.
- Experience supporting onboarding, coordinating training, or delivering internal documentation.
- Collaborative and organised — you work well across teams and manage multiple projects.
- Curious and proactive — eager to learn, solve problems, and add value.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or technical products is a plus (AI/ML, dev tools, or computer vision a bonus).
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth AI startup.
- Strong in-person culture: most of our team is in the office 3+ days per week.
- 25 days annual leave + public holidays.
- Annual learning & development budget.
- Opportunities to travel for conferences, customer visits, and industry events.
- Bi-weekly company lunches, monthly socials, and bi-annual off-sites.
Encord offers a unique opportunity to be part of a startup with a clear mission and vision. You'll help support enterprise AI use cases across healthcare, robotics, agriculture, and more — all while working with cutting-edge technology in computer vision and deep learning.
