As California’s largest ADU company, we’ve expanded to serve mid-market and institutional developers and investors. Our offering can provide significant yields while shielding clients from the painful parts of ADU development: tedious design, value engineering, permitting, and vendor procurement and management.
The Senior Advisor, Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base among both single-family rental and multi-family owners and operators. Leveraging your personal network and cultivating new relationships, you will drive residential investor education on the potential of ADUs as a lucrative investment strategy. Your primary goal will be to secure meetings with key decision makers, facilitating opportunities for further exploration and partnership. Your success will be directly tied to the volume and quality of meetings booked, offering the potential for significant variable compensation.
What you'll do:
- Tap into your established network within the residential development and investment sector to identify and engage potential clients.
- Cultivate new relationships with industry professionals, property developers, and investors to expand our reach and potential.
- Strategically position ADUs as a compelling investment opportunity by delivering persuasive presentations and educational content.
- Mentor internal teams to refine messaging, tailor presentations, and continuously enhance the value proposition for ADU investments.
What you'll need:
- A robust and well-established personal network within the residential development and investment industry.
- A proven track record in senior-level relationship-building within the residential development and investment community.
- In-depth understanding of real estate investment and development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to craft effective outreach strategies, identify key decision makers, and navigate complex organizational structures.
