Does our mission to empower patients to live their healthiest resonate with you? Are you passionate about designing products that make healthcare better for patients and providers? Do you want to join a dynamic and innovative team that is shaping the future of healthcare? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Senior Product Designer position!

Join our laser-focused product team and take ownership of the end-to-end design process for our point-of-care AI experience, currently in beta. You’ll help us turn an early product into a best-in-class workflow that clinicians can trust.

This role blends craft, research, and strategy: designing in Figma, running sessions directly with providers, and translating feedback into intuitive experiences.

We’re in a true 0→1 stage, searching for product/solution fit. Success means repeat use, boosting user value and engagement, and hearing providers tell us we’re solving a real problem. Your work will be central to getting us there.

Areas of Responsibility

    • Experiment & Iterate: Rapidly refine our AI point-of-care product in beta, testing ideas with clinicians and doubling down on what drives meaningful engagement.
    • Own End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from concept through delivery, shaping early workflows into trusted, usable experiences.
    • User Research & Feedback Loops: Run quick usability sessions, provider interviews, and feedback cycles with the Product Manager to validate whether designs solve real-world clinical challenges.
    • Prototype & Validate: Build lightweight prototypes in Figma (and occasionally with vibe coding tools) to test hypotheses quickly and learn what sticks.
    • Leverage AI in Design: Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate iteration, explore creative directions, and support efficient handoff to development.
    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work tightly within a product trio (Designer, Product Manager, Engineers) and plug into Marketing and Sales to ensure design choices align with product experiments and go-to-market learnings.
    • Champion Provider Value: Keep provider needs at the center, ensuring we’re solving a problem that earns repeat use and delivers tangible value.

Ideal Qualifications for this Position

    • Product Design Ownership: 5+ years designing and shipping products end-to-end, ideally in SaaS or health tech, with a strong portfolio of early-stage or 0→1 work.
    • Research-Driven & Scrappy: Comfortable running lightweight user research, usability sessions, and experiments to validate ideas quickly and turn feedback into product improvements.
    • Figma First: Proficient with modern design tools and workflows (Figma, prototyping, design systems) and able to move fast from concept to testable designs.
    • Rapid Prototyping: Hands-on with vibe coding or low-code tools to get ideas in front of users quickly and learn what resonates.
    • Creative with AI Tools: Open to using AI-assisted design or prototyping tools to accelerate iteration, explore new directions, and hand off to engineering.
    • Collaborative by Default: Experienced working in small, focused product teams (Designer + PM + Engineers) and comfortable syncing with Go-to-Market partners as the product takes shape.
    • Startup Mindset: Energized by a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities shift and scrappiness is key to getting to product/solution fit.

    • Bonus Points If You…
    • Have experience designing for healthcare providers, EHRs, or clinical workflows.
    • Bring experience with chat-based or conversational products.
    • Have a portfolio that demonstrates both craft and strategic problem-solving.
