In CyberCare, we provide best in class customer care for worldwide users of Tesonet products like NordVPN, Surfshark, Saily, NordPass, NordLayer, Incogni and more.
Products’ customer base grows fast, and we have created several in-house chatbots & quality assurance tools that help us support this growth and manage loads of customer requests.
But we are only starting - LLMs landscape is changing rapidly and we are on the hunt for the curious person, who will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with Product Owner and analysts to define what we are building, and stay hands-on enough to guide technical decisions.
We can provide you with the newest tools, resources and freedom to lead the change and create things. On the other hand, we expect you to take ownership of rapid AI chatbots & chatbot tools product development, ensuring the delivery of tangible results.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of the design, development, deployment, and operations of the solutions/features your engineers develop.
- Participate in AI and its tools, architecture discussions, and technology choices.
- Collaborate with the Product team to define technical roadmaps and product strategy.
- Lead a team of 6-8 engineers with the focus of a full employee lifecycle (from hiring to off-boarding).
What We Expect
- At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead in a software development environment.
- Technical background & experience with Front and Back-end technologies to lead cross-functional development teams.
