As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of creating great customer experiences for top tech brands like NordVPN, Surfshark and Saily. Whether it’s solving an issue, answering a question, or just making someone’s day easier, you’ll be doing it with the help of smart tools and an even smarter team.
Your Day-to-Day
- Support NordVPN customers via live chat. No phone calls over here!
- Troubleshoot tech issues and help with billing inquiries.
- Make customers happy by resolving their concerns.
- Turn users into fans through top-notch support.
- Bring empathy, patience, and a positive vibe to every interaction.
What We Expect From You
- Fluency in English.
- Basic know-how of Windows/MacOS.
- Confidence in multitasking and providing technical support.
- A calm, customer-first mindset - even under pressure.
- Positive, proactive, and motivated attitude.
- Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts full-time.
- Ability to work in Lviv.
