Responsibilities
- Create intuitive user experiences in a rapidly evolving ecosystem
- Quickly distill complexity into understandable solutions
- Design and conduct impactful user experience research
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to realize beautiful and groundbreaking products
Requirements
- Fluency with Figma and design software
- Strong design and user experience research skills (mixed methods preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal, and visual
- Capable of working independently in a remote, dynamic environment
- At least 1 year of industry experience as part of a team
Preferred
- Interest in public blockchains and decentralized finance
- Passionate about the role of design in these communities
- Familiarity with front-end web development
