The Decentraland Foundation is a private entity tasked with ensuring the growth, security, and sustainability of the Decentraland platform. With over 60 staff members across the US, Latin America, and Europe, the Foundation is organized into various departments including Engineering, Product, Content, Marketing, Support, Finance, Legal, and HR.


What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking an HR Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent communication skills and strong empathy. We are looking for someone passionate about improving the work environment and focused on the efficient execution of processes.
Responsibilities include guiding and supporting team members, addressing individual needs, participating in the execution of internal processes, and helping organize company retreats. The goal is to ensure a supportive and productive workplace for everyone.



Responsibilities

·       Travel Management: Arrange travel and accommodations for events, conferences, and summits. Coordinate the planning and logistics of company retreats and summits.
·       Performance Review: Facilitate the performance review process, assisting managers and ensuring clear communication.
·       Engagement Survey: Manage the survey process, including question review and data maintenance in Culture Amp.
·       Recruitment Support: Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment analytics.
·       Onboarding: Conduct and update the orientation presentation, including the organizational chart and handbook.
·       Off-boarding: Manage termination processes, including document preparation and conducting exit interviews.


Qualifications

·  Excellent communication skills.
·  Proficiency in English.
· Strong empathy and sense of ownership.
· Proficiency with online collaboration tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack).

Nice to have:

· Proficiency in Spanish.
· Experience in an HR role.
· Familiarity with the tech industry.
