About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) professional to strengthen the systems that power our go-to-market and financial teams.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance—critical to ensuring operational excellence and strategic visibility across the business.

You’ll partner with teams across the company to optimize forecasting, performance analytics, and revenue infrastructure—ensuring that decisions are driven by clarity, precision, and speed. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building high-leverage systems, this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

    • Ensure data quality and integrity across CRM systems, revenue platforms, and finance tools to enable accurate tracking, reliable analytics, and actionable forecasting.
    • Analyze pipeline performance, customer lifecycle metrics, and other key GTM KPIs to drive insight-based decision making.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to align on revenue modeling and support strategic planning.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to accelerate pipeline velocity and advance company-wide goals.

About You:

    • You have 3+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, FP&A, or a similar role at a high-growth B2B startup or scale-up.
    • Deeply proficient with CRM systems, revenue analytics tools, spreadsheet automations, and other reporting tools.
    • You have a strong sense for data quality, and believe that clean systems lead to better decisions.
    • You balance analytical thinking with a bias for action and strong communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
