Responsibilities
- Onboard global developer communities to use DoraHacks.io, and assist them in utilizing functions such as hackathon, bounty, grant, and idea.
- Establish and maintain relationships with global developer communities.
- Organize offline events related to DoraHacks.
- Participate in offline events hosted Web3 developer communities.
- Collect user feedback on products, and summarize operational experiences on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and study in the Web3 and blockchain field, with enthusiasm for Web3 developer ecosystem development.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive in syncing task progress, and capable of self-correction.
- Strong learning ability and self-motivation.
- Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills.
- Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with common technology stacks and terminology in blockchain.
- Proficiency in article writing.

Interview Process
- Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.
- Test: You may be required to complete an online test or a take-home assignment to assess your skills relevant to the position.
- Team Interview: A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you'll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.
- Final Interview: A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers.
All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.
