Responsibilities

    • Finance & Cashier Support
    • Manage daily expense tracking, employee reimbursements, and bank transaction records
    • Assist external accountants or internal finance team with monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation
    • Support annual audit preparation and ensure financial compliance

    • HR & Administrative Support
    • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and record keeping
    • Help maintain performance and leave tracking systems
    • Coordinate business travel (flights, hotels, visas) and daily office procurement
    • Schedule internal meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items

    • Entity & Compliance Management
    • Assist in maintaining legal and compliant operation of the company across multiple jurisdictions
    • Liaise with external service providers such as accounting firms, banks, legal advisors, and tax agents

Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, cashiering, or operations support
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and other modern remote collaboration tools
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle cross-functional tasks independently
    • Comfortable working in a fully remote setup with strong self-discipline and time management skills
    • Previous experience at a Big Four accounting firm or top-tier international consultancy is preferred.
