1. 社区运营
- 岗位职责：
- 了解产品的功能特点、使用细节，清楚用户群体画像和需求，与用户保持沟通并解答用户疑问
- 通过Discord 社区运营、twitter、YouTube内容运营增加拉新用户，增强用户粘性
- 定期进行用户调研、及时了解用户需求和反馈，提出产品优化方案
- 定期整理、总结运营经验，参与内容、产品和运营流程的优化
- 参与DoraHacks 产品的活动、内容、用户运营，实现用户拉新、增长、留存
- 参与 DoraHacks 的Grant/Hackathon 运营，包括：撰写相关文档及活动介绍、跟进项目进度、收集活动后用户反馈、跟进任务目标等
- 岗位需求：
- 中英文流利、有英文宣传文案撰写能力
- 中文可作为工作语言
- 希望长期从事运营工作
- 具备多任务处理能力和出色的时间管理技能
- 有优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效协同内部团队和外部资源

2. 产品运营
- 岗位职责：
- 了解产品的功能特点，清楚用户群体画像和需求，设计产品运营推广策略，扩大产品影响力和大众认知度。
- 验收新上线的产品功能，用户反馈信息的收集，总结提出产品改进意见，结合用户反馈调整营销策略
- 跨部门沟通协调，推广活动的创意，策划，活动方案的撰写和实施
- 通过内容运营、活动运营、优化产品等一切方法增加拉新、增长、留存产品用户
- 岗位需求：
- 本科以上学历，2年以上产品运营、用户运营、活动策划、市场营销、广告传播经验
- 具有对用户极强的洞察力
- 有较高的执行力及创新能力和逻辑性强
- 英文口语流利，文字功底强优先
- 踏实耐心 乐于钻研
- 有很强的业务Owner意识，有目标感、自驱力，愿意推动多方团队协同拿到结果
3. 用户增长
- 岗位职责：
- 熟悉用户运营基础工作，包括discord社群运营，YouTube直播内容运营，twitter 等社交媒体运营，Hackathon、Grant活动运营等
- 定期进行用户调研、及时了解用户需求和反馈
- 搭建用户运营体系，负责用户运营策略制定和执行，促进用户增长、留存
- 针对不同类型的用户设计对应的维护方案、激励机制，提高用户活跃度以及对平台的粘性和忠诚度
- 根据用户反馈和对用户行为路径、数据建立并完善用户激励体系，优化用户增长、活跃和留存的流程
- 不断分析和挖掘用户需求，持续调整运营策略，促进用户转化
- 定期组织线上用户活动； 积极参与社群建设与维护
- 岗位需求：
- 英文流利，可以进行英文商务沟通
- 有3年以上用户运营相关经验，并有成功的用户增长项目
- 有良好的数据敏感度,能够协同数据分析员对数据进行处理以搭建用户数据指标
- 有良好的抗压能力和团队协作能力
- 可以快速深刻理解DoraHacks的产品操作和业务逻辑
- 有敏锐的洞察力和优秀的执行力

- 了解开发者社区
- 有海外工作/生活/学习经验
- 理工科背景
4. 西班牙语运营
- 岗位职责：
- 独立负责DoraHacks 的Grant/Hackathon 运营全流程包括：与合作伙伴确定合作细节、撰写相关文档、撰写活动介绍、跟进项目进度、收集活动后用户反馈等，协调各方资源，确保项目达到预期目标
- 和用户保持沟通，及时了解用户需求，解答用户疑问
- 岗位需求：
- 1年以上相关产品运营或活动运营经验
- 中文+西语/英文+西语流利，有西语宣传文案撰写能力
- 理工科背景优先
5. 运营项目管理
- 岗位职责：
- 协助运营负责人管理规划运营项目、跟进项目进展、把控项目节点，确保项目按时进行
- 协助运营负责人制订运营团队的工作计划，安排小组人员的日常工作，监督实施并对执行结果负责
- 对项目具体实施各节点风险进行前瞻性预测，与团队保持有效沟通并提出解决方案，保证项目的顺利进行
- 协助制定项目运营战略发展规划，竞争策略等，并组织实施、监控、推动战略实现
- 和合作伙伴保持有效、及时沟通，使对方了解重要的任务节点完成情况
- 参与组织年度运营计划与目标的分解，跟踪执行及完成情况；对年度运营计划、管理目标完成情况进行阶段性分析和评估
- 在项目结束后及时收集合作伙伴反馈，并整理汇报给运营团队
- 搭建、优化运营人员培训体系
- 岗位需求：
- 3年以上运营工作经验，熟悉运营各模块工作内容及工作流程
- 中英文流利，英语商务沟通水平
- 熟练掌握任务管理方法，优秀的任务分解能力和过程控制能力
6. 活动运营
- 岗位职责：
- 参与 DoraHacks 的Grant/Hackathon 运营流程包括：撰写相关文档及活动介绍、跟进项目进度、收集活动后用户反馈、跟进任务目标等
- 和用户保持沟通，及时了解用户需求，解答用户疑问
- 定期整理、总结运营经验，参与内容、产品和运营流程的优化
- 行业/合作伙伴相关的调研工作
- 岗位需求：
- 有活动运营、社区运营经验
- 中英文流利，有英文宣传文案撰写能力
- 工科/理科学术背景优先
Logistics
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. We are able to provide visa sponsorship in some countries, and the possibilities can be discussed in interview process.
Our interview process takes place on Zoom/Google Meeting and consists of the following:
- Test (Online test/Take-home assignment)
- Recruiter call (15-30 minutes)
- Team interview (45-60 mins)
- Final interview (45 mins)
