Responsibility

    • Conduct research in crypto philosophy and economics
    • Read large amount of materials, including books, papers, articles, Twitter thread, and other content
    • Be able to form assumptions, evaluate and test them, and ultimately form theories
    • Write articles and participate in discussions on important topics related to crypto social-economic movementsstructures, etc.

Qualifications

    • Minimum bachelor degree, master / Phd degrees preferred
    • PPE related degrees preferred
    • Top university dropouts will be considered
    • Deep understanding and interests in philosophy, politics, and economics
    • Understand the ongoing events globally and how these events interact with the technology, open source, and crypto communities
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    • Be able to focus

Interview Process

    • Test: You may be required to complete an online test or a take-home assignment to assess your skills relevant to the position.
    • Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.
    • Team Interview: A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you'll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.
    • All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.
