Responsibilities

    • Assist partners in utilizing DoraHacks.io to organize hackathons, providing clear guidance on platform features, and promptly resolving any issues that arise.
    • Research and understand partners' backgrounds, including basic technical knowledge, project highlights, market conditions, and developer activities.
    • Collaborate with partners to plan and design hackathons, grants, bounties, and related activities.
    • Monitor project operations, devise strategies, take ownership of results, and focus on achieving goals.
    • Gather feedback from partners and users post-activities, summarize experiences, and contribute to process optimization.
    • Author important articles related to platform operations and activity management.

Requirements

    • Background in STEM fields.
    • Experience in event organization and operations.
    • Strong research skills.
    • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to task completion and self-correction.
    • Strong learning ability and self-drive.
    • Effective multitasking and excellent time management skills.
    • Team player with strong communication and coordination abilities.

Bonus Points

    • Fluent reading and writing skills in one or more additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Japanese).
    • In-depth understanding of prominent Frontier-tech companies in the market.
    • Familiarity with commonly used technology stacks and terms in blockchain、Quantum Computing or Space Tech.
    • 2+ years of experience in the web3 and blockchain field, demonstrating a passion for the Web3 developer ecosystem.
