About Energy Vault
Energy Vault develops sustainable energy storage solutions designed to transform the world’s approach to utility-scale energy storage for grid resiliency. Our proprietary gravity-based Energy Storage Technology and the Energy Storage Management and Integration Platform are intended to help utilities, independent power producers and large industrial energy users significantly reduce their levelized cost of energy while maintaining power reliability. About the ideal candidate
You are excited about technology, sustainability, innovation, challenges, and all things recruiting – the thrill of the hunt, the listening and learning about different business needs, creating and improving smooth processes, interviewing interesting candidates, and adding value through great hires.  You have some full-cycle experience either as part of a staffing agency or in-house and would like to get more in a startup environment where we’re growing rapidly!

What you will do

    • Ramp up your knowledge about our industry, company history, products, and people.
    • Learn our recruiting process and suggest and implement improvements.
    • Perform full-cycle recruiting on 12-15 skill sets (15-20 reqs) simultaneously.
    • Conduct launch meetings and check-ins with hiring managers; facilitate candidate feedback sessions.
    • Source using our paid software LinkedIn, GEM, and Lever, as well as other free tools.
    • Interview candidates, guide them through the process, and negotiate offers.
    • Deliver rejection news with empathy.
    • Provide relevant data and metrics for your work.
    • Collaborate on projects that interest you related to referral programs, university relations, employer branding, onboarding, diversity/equity/inclusion, and/or other topics.
    • Shape a culture of collaboration, innovation, constant improvement, excellence, transparency, open mindedness, growth, humility, integrity, efficiency, joy, compassion, and fulfillment.

What a qualified candidate should possess

    • 3-5 years’ experience as full-cycle recruiter or sourcer (staffing agency and/or in-house).
    • Experience in a technology company and/or startup a plus.
    • Excellent communication, prioritization, and focus on data to drive decisions.
    • Sound judgment and ability to protect confidential information.
    • An intrinsic motivation to learn, impress, and deliver.
    • A passion for carbon neutrality by 2050.
