Espresso's mission is to bring Web3 applications like decentralized finance, NFTs, and DAOs to the mainstream by making them cheaper, scalable, and more private for users.

Espresso is focused on achieving cheaper transactions than any other blockchain scaling solution through a new proof-of-stake protocol that integrates a decentralized ZK-Rollup. This protocol acts as both as a standalone platform and also a solution to be used by existing blockchains like Ethereum.

In addition to scalability, Espresso supports applications with greater privacy guarantees than exist in today's smart contract ecosystems. Leveraging zero-knowledge proofs, Espresso has developed the Configurable Asset Privacy (CAP) protocol that allows developers to determine what transactional data remains private and for whom.

We are seeking an executive assistant to support our leadership team as we manage our hyper-growth stages. We are very excited to share our story with interested business professionals seeking the opportunity to grow with us. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide general operations support to the leadership team
    • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business 
    • Schedule meetings and manage email correspondence
    • Coordinate special projects as required
    • Orchestrate work to ensure leadership priorities are met, organizational goals are on track, and best practices are maintained
    • Serve as backup to People Operations manager as needed
    • Additional support as needed

Requirements

    • 3-5 years of corporate administrative experience in a fast-paced startup and finance-related environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience as a virtual assistant
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
    • Strong computer skills (Office 365, etc.)
    • Strong travel planning experience
    • Able to multitask, organize and prioritize own work
    • Proven ability to work independently in a remote and digital environment
    • Self-starter with a keen understanding of entrepreneurial and fast-paced company growth
