This role is focused on building technical precision and operational rigor — particularly around audits, accounting policy standardization, intercompany transactions, and treasury operations.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience navigating complex accounting environments, driving audit readiness, and implementing scalable, GAAP-compliant processes across multiple entities. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entity Consolidation: Build and own technical accounting across multiple global entities; standardize close processes and reconcile intercompany transactions
- M&A Integration Support: Own the accounting consolidation process for newly acquired companies, including systems alignment
- Systems & Controls: Recommend and implement process improvements across systems and controls with a focus on accuracy and audit-readiness
- Accounting Policy & Governance: Develop, implement, and enforce consistent accounting policies across entities in alignment with U.S. GAAP
- Technical Accounting: Handle complex issues such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), purchase accounting, equity treatment, and capitalized software costs
- Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow policies, intercompany cash movement, banking relationships, and treasury operations across all entities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
- 15+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within multi-entity structures, private equity rollups, or holding companies
- Expertise in U.S. GAAP and experience applying technical accounting in dynamic, high-complexity organizations
- Proven track record of leading external audits and coordinating across diverse stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with treasury operations, cash forecasting, and intercompany reconciliations
- Strong working knowledge of ERP/accounting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks + consolidation workflows)
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong execution skills, and ability to independently solve complex accounting issues
Why This Role is Unique:
- Be part of Eudia’s mission to redefine how legal services are delivered — we’re not just building a company,we’re creating an entirely new category at the intersection of AI, enterprise services, and legal infrastructure.
