About Eudia
Eudia is redefining the future of legal work through AI-powered Augmented Intelligence. We help Fortune 500 legal teams move faster, manage risk more intelligently, and turn legal from a cost center into a driver of strategic growth. Backed by $105M in Series A funding from General Catalyst, we’re building a category-defining platform that blends advanced automation with human expertise.

We’re trusted by industry leaders like Cargill, Coherent, and DHL. Our teams ship quickly, learn constantly, and are solving some of the hardest problems in enterprise AI — namely, bringing trust, transparency, and security to legal workflows.

If you’re a creative leader who wants to help shape the identity of a transformative company and build a high-caliber design function from the ground up, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Design to be our first in-house design hire and a creative partner to the executive team. This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one role. You’ll define the visual language of the company and lead all aspects of brand and marketing design — from concept to execution. You’ll bring the polish and storytelling rigor required to win the trust of enterprise stakeholders, and the entrepreneurial mindset needed to move quickly in a startup environment.

If you’ve led brand development, marketing creative, and visual storytelling at a product-focused company — and you’re ready to build a design legacy from the ground up — this role was designed for you.

What You'll Own:

    • Brand Strategy & Visual Identity
    • Define and evolve Eudia’s brand identity, including our logo, color system, typography, and broader visual language
    • Ensure brand consistency across all channels — from the website and sales decks to digital campaigns and physical assets
    • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that resonate with legal and executive audiences
    • Marketing Creative
    • Design marketing assets across a variety of formats: landing pages, one-pagers, event booths, pitch decks, videos, animations, ads, and social content
    • Collaborate closely with the GTM team to develop campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
    • Apply high standards of craft and detail to everything you touch — from initial concepts to final output
    • Executive Collaboration
    • Partner with the CEO, CTO, and marketing leadership to influence how the company is visually positioned in the market
    • Serve as a creative thought leader across the organization, contributing to key strategic conversations
    • Communicate design rationale clearly to a range of stakeholders — from engineers to C-suiteprospects
    • Systems & Scale
    • Build foundational design systems and workflows that will scale with the company
    • Set up and maintain our design infrastructure: Figma libraries, templates, brand guidelines, and more
    • Establish efficient processes for working across a variety of contractors and creative agencies
    • Leadership & Team Building
    • Lead by example as an individual contributor while preparing the foundation for a future design team
    • Demonstrate best-in-class mastery of Gen AI tools to 10x the design function
    • Mentor colleagues on design best practices and collaborate cross-functionally to raise the creative bar
    • Participate in hiring as we scale, helping to attract and retain top-tier creative talent
    • Business Impact & Measurement
    • Work with marketing and leadership to define KPIs for brand performance and creative impact
    • Track how visual design supports outcomes like lead generation, brand engagement, and sales enablement
    • Bring a mindset of continuous improvement, backed by data when appropriate

What We’re Looking For:

    • 7+ years in design roles spanning brand, visual, and marketing design — ideally in product-focused or high-growth companies
    • A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in craft and the ability to build and evolve a visual identity across a full brand system
    • Expertise in visual storytelling that connects with senior business audiences
    • Proven experience delivering creative work for enterprise or B2B companies — particularly where clarity and trust are critical
    • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint) and Microsoft products
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can defend your ideas while remaining open to feedback
    • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — you spot opportunities for creative improvement and act on them without being asked

Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience developing brand strategy or creative direction for an early-stage company
    • Web development skills in Wordpress, Webflow, HTML and CSS
    • Motion graphics or video editing experience (e.g. After Effects, Premiere), or experience directing others on animation/video
    • Familiarity with generative AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar
    • Prior experience mentoring junior designers or managing contractors
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment where priorities shift quickly
