The Role We’re seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the right-hand partner to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This critical role demands a sharp, adaptable professional who excels in a fast-paced startup environment, anticipates needs, and drives operational excellence. You’ll streamline the CTO’s workflow, manage high-stakes priorities, and enable our technology vision to scale. This is not just an administrative role—it’s a strategic partnership that amplifies impact at the heart of Eudia’s innovation engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Calendar Mastery: Own the CTO’s complex calendar, proactively optimizing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. Juggle competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless alignment with business goals.
- Global Travel Orchestration: Plan and execute intricate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries. Manage expense reporting with precision and efficiency.
- Meeting Excellence: Prepare agendas, compile briefing materials, and capture actionable insights through detailed note-taking. Coordinate logistics, tech setup, and presentations for high-impact internal and external meetings.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the CTO’s first line of communication, triaging emails, drafting responses, and ensuring clarity and timeliness. Build trust with internal teams and external stakeholders through polished, professional interactions.
- Document & Data Stewardship: Create, refine, and organize confidential documents, technical reports, and presentations. Maintain secure, accessible systems for critical files and records.
- Stakeholder Sync: Act as a trusted liaison between the CTO, leadership, engineering & product teams, and external partners. Foster strong relationships to streamline collaboration and decision-making.
- Project & Event Support: Take on special projects, from team offsites to tech demos, with creativity and precision. Support ad hoc needs, from sourcing tools to coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Operational Agility: Anticipate the CTO’s needs, proactively solving problems and removing roadblocks. Keep the CTO’s workspace and resources optimized for peak performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level tech leaders in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment.
- Startup DNA: Thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and drives results in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Calendar Wizardry: Proven expertise in managing intricate, high-stakes schedules with finesse and foresight.
- Communication Prowess: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a knack for clear, professional, and concise messaging.
- Tech Fluency: Master of tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Notion. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms is a plus.
- Organizational Superpower: Meticulous attention to detail, with a talent for prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.

- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Palo Alto, CA, for in-person work, Monday through Friday.
$90,000 - $150,000 a year
