What You Will Accomplish:

    • 30 Days: Master our product, value proposition, and sales methodology while assessing current team structure
    • 60 Days: Implement refined sales processes and begin scaling the team with strategic hires
    • 90 Days: Demonstrate measurable improvement in team performance metrics
    • 12 Months: Build a world-class inside sales organization that consistently exceeds revenue targets
    • Build, train, and scale a high-performing inside sales team
    • Develop and implement sales tactics, strategies, playbooks, and methodologies
    • Set and achieve ambitious team revenue targets while managing individual performance
    • Create forecasting models and reporting structures for executive leadership
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams
    • Provide strategic input on product roadmap based on market feedback and customer needs
    • Mentor and develop future sales leaders within the organization

You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:

    • 3+ years of sales leadership experience with proven team management success
    • Track record of building and scaling inside sales teams
    • Experience implementing sales technologies and CRM optimization
    • History of exceeding targets at both individual and team levels
    • Experience in SaaS sales leadership (legal tech experience beneficial but not required)
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales playbooks that drive effective and repeatable outcomes
