As our first dedicated GTM Engineer, you’ll be the architect behind how data, tools, and automation power our revenue engine. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to build the systems that fuel growth—from lead routing and scoring to attribution and lifecycle triggers.
We’re looking for someone with a builder’s mindset, who thrives at the intersection of systems, AI, and GTM strategy. You’ll be hands-on in CRM and automation tools but also explore how AI can streamline workflows and create leverage across the go-to-market team.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Design and implement scalable GTM systems, workflows, and integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other GTM tools
- Build low-code/no-code and API-based automations using Zapier, Workato, Make, or similar tools
- Explore and integrate AI tools (e.g., GPT-based workflows, enrichment models, summarization tools) to improve team productivity and pipeline velocity
- Build smart lead routing, account scoring, attribution, and engagement triggers using data-driven logic
- Own the integrity and structure of GTM data across CRM and data warehouse
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to turn business logic into systems that scale
- Identify, test, and implement AI-driven tools that can reduce manual effort or improve sales efficiency
What We Are Looking For:
- Have 5-7 years of experience in RevOps, GTM systems, or data engineering for a SaaS company
- Are fluent in CRMs and GTM tools—HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce (admin-level), plus Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, ChiliPiper, Hockeystack, and others
- Have strong technical skills: SQL, APIs, custom objects/fields, system integrations
- Have a track record of building automations that reduce GTM manual effort or unlock new capabilities
- Experience using AI/ML tools to enhance sales or marketing workflows
- Are curious about or already experimenting with AI tools to drive efficiency across the GTM stack and accelerate sales velocity
- Can balance speed and scalability—building fast without accruing tech debt
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you get a lot of autonomy
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical systems and GTM strategy
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake) or reverse ETL tools (Hightouch, Census)
- Familiarity with both sales-led and product-led GTM models across diverse channels
- Past experience at an early-stage or vertical SaaS startup
