At Everstores, we are building a next-generation technology platform to unlock the D2C (direct-to-consumer) e-commerce asset class at scale and provide exit liquidity to small merchants. We have raised €20m in funding from Earlybird Venture Capital, Picus Capital, Viola Credit, and top-tier angels. We were founded in 2022 and are based in Berlin.

    • You'll join our Growth team and take full ownership of holistic brand- and portfolio-level growth, owning the marketing efficiency across the full portfolio, growth backlog, and execution.
    • You'll focus on recognising immediate and long-term solutions for efficiency and scale in the context of individual brands and across our portfolio of D2C brands.
    • You'll develop growth strategies and cooperate with tech teams on experimentation frameworks that can maximise learning across different functions (Paid Social, Paid Search, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Commercial).
    • You'll drive budgeting decisions, measure and report on performance, and enjoy a high degree of accountability for results.
    • You'll create project management flows across multiple teams (ClickUp) and work with tech teams to answer business questions and enable decision-making and steering systems for Growth.
    • You'll design and visually map SOPs as we iterate and level up our performance.
    • The salary range for this role is between €50 - 80K.

Key Requirements

    • You have a proven track record of building and leading multiple marketing channels with a focus on performance.
    • You have hands-on knowledge of Paid Search & Paid Social ecosystems, and a strong ability to create detailed SOPs and assimilate these with the wider team.
    • You have a high level of ownership and an autonomous working style.
    • You have strong project management and decision-making skills with a track record of improving efficiency.
    • You are able to effortlessly marry a focus on your own deliverables with the efficiency and aggregate delivery of your team.
    • You are excellent at (cross-functional) collaboration and have the ability to communicate effectively with data scientists, software engineers, and third parties.
    • You are fluent in English (both in writing and speaking).
    • You ideally have a direct experience with D2C, growth agencies, or tech scale-ups.
