Renowned for developing two highly anticipated games, Final Form and LAMOverse, we are the first to deploy games on the Xai blockchain, leading the way for others in the industry. Our team works remotely, enjoying periodic meetups and utilizing Google Meets for regular communication.

We are determined to work with the next generation of elite content creators and enable their vision by bringing them into a world class studio with some of the industry's most elite talent.

What you'll do:

    • The role of the 2D Artist is pivotal within the Creative Design team, contributing significantly to producing artwork that crafts engaging games and delivers exceptional player experiences.
    • Create in-world graphic design, logos, iconography systems, and motion graphics
    • Create polished production art from concept art in a variety of styles
    • Collaborate closely with Creative Director to achieve the visual goals;
    • This role demands a wide spectrum of artistic skills to maximize effectiveness in resolving intricate creative challenges.
    • Continuously refine designs based on feedback and insights derived from data.
    • Operate adeptly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
    • Assume ownership for adhering to established style guidelines.

What you'll need:

    • More than 5 years of experience crafting in-game assets and pristine iconography for games.
    • Shipped 1+ AA/AAA game on Console or PC in the last 3 years 
    • Demonstrated proficiency as a 2D artist/illustrator, supported by a robust portfolio highlighting your expertise in generating game icons and diverse in-game elements. Portfolio links are mandatory.
    • The ideal candidate should display adaptability and excel in a small team dedicated to rapid prototyping and iteration.
    • Mastery of digital illustration tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
    • Openness to receiving feedback and refining work while upholding a fresh perspective.
    • Effective communication aptitude and a knack for collaborative teamwork.
    • Capability to work within established artistic styles.
    • Proven track record of creating and delivering art for video games.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience in collaborating within a distributed or remote team setting.
    • A thirst for learning, personal growth, and a penchant for a positive work environment, coupled with a genuine passion for gaming.
    • You must be able to work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with at least 4 hours per weekday available to work with teams on the US/CAN West Coast (Pacific Time zone)
    • Proficiency in English, which is the operational language
