Join Our Regional Sales Team at FLASH

At FLASH, we are actively expanding our Regional Sales team and seeking Regional Sales Managers who are eager to broaden the largest footprint of cloud-native parking technology solutions in the industry. As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM - St. Louis), you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth within your assigned geography by enhancing existing partnerships and forging new relationships. We are specifically looking for candidates based in St. Louis, or the surrounding suburbs.
Previous experience in the parking industry is required for this role.

What You’ll Do:

    • Identify, nurture, and procure new business relationships within your assigned region.
    • Assume ownership of the entire sales cycle, including identification, qualification, descoping, negotiation, contracting, closing, and handing off to the implementation team.
    • Develop and maintain customer interactions to achieve consistent sales goals.
    • Travel within your territory to prospect new business and maintain existing relationships, managing business through both telephone and virtual meetings.
    • Attend trade shows, proactively network, and showcase FLASH platform solutions to prospective clients.
    • Meet and exceed sales objectives and quotas.
    • Complete monthly reports detailing performance, forecasting, and project bookings.
    • Prepare weekly forecasts and activity reports.

What You Bring:

    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, balance, and self-manage multiple concurrent projects and activities.
    • Performance mindset with outstanding execution, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and creativity.
    • Proven track record of building strong working relationships (internally and externally) and collaborating across all levels and functions of the organization.
    • A passion for using data to drive your and the company’s success.
    • Technical proficiency and comfort in using Salesforce (or similar CRM), MS, and Google products.
    • Polished communication and presentation abilities.
    • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

    • 2 years of parking sales/operations experience REQUIRED.
    • At least 5 years of experience in outside and/or strategic sales preferred.
    • Outside sales experience selling market-disrupting technologies.
    • College educated or a military background.
    • Strong communication skills.
$150,000 - $170,000 a year
On Target Earnings (Base Salary + Variable Incentive) disclosed. Base salary will be determined based on candidate's skills and experience level.
