As a Senior Project Manager for MACH (Municipal, Airport, College, and Hospital) projects at Flash, you will lead large and complex projects across the country. These can be some of the larger and more complex types of projects! These initiatives involve the installation of comprehensive parking garage management systems and advanced AI technology. You will manage the full project lifecycle, including the deployment of cameras, access control, security systems, and other critical hardware at customer locations. Additionally, you will ensure network connectivity is optimized and software systems are fully functional, delivering seamless solutions to meet client needs.

As a Senior Project Manager at Flash as part of our MACH team, you will be the cornerstone of our project success, ensuring that every initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations.

Location: Remote
Travel: Some travel required- 50% Nationwide (Continental US)

What You'll Do:

    • Bring hardware installation and network connectivity expertise to the project.
    • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring client-specific deadlines are met with precision and efficiency.
    • Maintain proactive and clear communication with all primary stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
    • Manage project resources effectively and efficiently, optimizing capabilities to deliver top-notch results.
    • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on project progress, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
    • Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and other third parties to achieve time-sensitive goals and ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring:

    • Technical acumen in managing installations of cameras, access control systems, security systems, or any relevant hardware at customer facilities.
    • Network connectivity experience.
    • Passionate and skilled in project management with a knack for technology and a commitment to excellence.
    • Proven experience in multitasking and remotely managing multiple field installation projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to various audiences and maintain high client satisfaction.
    • Quick learning ability to understand new hardware/electronic components and adapt to new technologies with ease.
    • Comfortable with autonomy, self-motivated, and driven to achieve excellence without constant supervision.
    • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring every aspect of the project meets high standards.

Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in project management of hardware (i.e. ticket kiosks) and software
    • Experience with onsite construction projects
    • Familiarity with networks, internet connectivity, or cloud-based systems is a must
    • Experience in the parking industry is a plus
    • PARCS Manufacturing, Operations or Technical Support experience
    • PMP certification preferred
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project management
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
