At FlashParking, we’re transforming the parking industry with cutting-edge technology, and we’re looking for a talented FP&A Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is pivotal to driving financial performance through the development and optimization of our Adaptive Insights forecasting model.

As the owner of FlashParking’s Adaptive Insights infrastructure, you will work closely with cross-functional business partners, enabling strategic decisions that steer the company toward success. What You'll Do:

    • Own and manage FlashParking’s Adaptive Insights planning tool, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of its configuration and mappings to provide reliable financial insights.
    • Maintain, enhance, and update the forecasting model, constantly identifying opportunities for improvement in accuracy and functionality to better reflect business changes and future growth.
    • Collaborate closely with business partners to support key business strategies by building robust forecasting processes, driving system improvements, and responding proactively to emerging needs.
    • Analyze financial data, perform ‘what-if’ scenarios, and assess the financial impact of business decisions and new opportunities, ensuring management has the insights needed to make well-informed decisions.
    • Act as a key liaison between finance and other business units, establishing relationships across the organization to proactively address issues and challenge assumptions when necessary.
    • Deliver clear, actionable insights by assembling and presenting data in reports and presentations for senior leadership, offering recommendations based on your findings.

What You Bring:

    • Deep expertise in Adaptive Insights—Either hands-on ownership or significant management of Adaptive Insights models; ability to create formulas, org structures and accounts; ability to use adaptive for balance sheets, cash flow and full P&L.
    • A love for FP&A: proven financial modeling skills, including building and maintaining complex, multi-year forecasts that drive strategic business decisions.
    • Passionate about financial forecasting and leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to others who are not financial experts.
    • Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to research and resolve complex financial challenges.
    • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and committed to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in FP&A
    • 6+ years of experience with Adaptive Insights
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Experience with other analytical tools is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
    • Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
$140,000 - $160,000 a year
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
