FTX US is a US-regulated cryptocurrency exchange, built from the ground up. Its mission is for FTX US to grow the digital currency ecosystem, to offer US and international traders a platform that inspires their loyalty, and to become the market leading US regulated cryptocurrency exchange by volume within the next two years. We are looking for talented individuals to join our fast paced team to help us on this mission!  

FTX US is looking for a detail oriented, organized self-starter who is meticulous with operational activities to join our Business Development team. As an Institutional Account Executive, you will be accountable for sales and account management of our VIP and institutional accounts. You will own the relationships from initial outreach and signing, through facilitating KYC and onboarding, testing and integrations, account and project management to align internal resources to customer needs and into ongoing maintenance and support.

We are looking for someone to have a deep product understanding to act as a quarterback of internal resources. This is a person who has a passion for sales, a strong understanding of our products and the exchange business, and the ability to build strong relationships.

What we're looking for:

    • Highly motivated sales professionals with 3+ years of experience driving results
    • A team player, someone who can interact with multiple members of our team and work incredibly well under pressure
    • Highly efficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects
    • Ideal candidates will have a strong network in the crypto industry and 2+ years in BD roles
    • Experience in crypto is highly preferred but not required, and experience in financial services is a plus.
