We are in a growth phase after our last fundraising, and are looking for ambitious talents who want to challenge themselves in a positive impact international start-up.

Your role : 
Under the supervision of our Sales Director, and in collaboration with Senior Member of the tem, you will be in charge of selling Fairmat’s materials in several markets (Sporting & Electronics goods, mobility etc). 

Our environmental-friendly material is used to produce panels and molded pieces, enabling the manufacture of lightweight, robust, sustainable sporting products with high mechanical properties.

The Sales Team is expanding target our future objectives. 

Your missions :

1/ Business Development: Ignite Sales Growth

    • Your efforts in identifying and pursuing new opportunities contribute to the expansion of the customer base, increased market share, and overall sales growth.
    • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
    • Leverage market knowledge and strategic insights to elevate sales.
    • Engage with key players in our target markets and build strong professional relationships.

2/ Closing Deals: Seal 4 to 8 Contracts Annually

    • These contracts may involve complex negotiations and require a keen understanding of customer needs.
    • Manage a part of deal lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
    • Skillfully finalize contracts with strategic clients, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
    • Navigate complex negotiations and understand customer needs to achieve successful closures.

3/ Perfect management of our CRM (Hubspot)

    • Follow and maintain our strategic approach to CRM database management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
    • Leverage HubSpot's analytics tools to derive actionable insights from CRM data.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in Business development, negotiation or international business
- You have a interest in BtoB Business Development: Specializing in Complex, High-Stakes Deals
- Keen Interest in the Industrial Arena
- Real interest in targeting market, like Sporting goods or Mobility
- Exceptional Communication Aptitude
- Inquisitive Nature and Unwavering Motivation
- A perfect English: A Prerequisite for Global Impact

Additional Information:
- Full-time job (CDI - contrat cadre forfait 216 jours)
- Based in Fairmat’s Paris office 
- Annual salary based on profile
- Partial remote working (2 days per week)
