In industries from finance to real estate, today's most innovative startups rely on debt capital to fuel their growth. But managing debt capital manually is so error-prone and labor-intensive that it might as well be rocket science. Debt capital borrowers need to track (and comply with) hundreds of pages of credit agreement rules and requirements in order to maintain access to their funding. One key borrower obligation is data and compliance reporting.

Our software automates debt capital management and reporting by connecting with source systems and generating asset reports in the formats capital providers expect to see, which saves borrowers time and money as well as ensuring that they can maximize their capital access.

The Role

We’re looking for our first Sales Operations hire to work on a wide range of projects as we build the blueprint to help Finley scale its Marketing and Sales infrastructure. Our objective: support our go-to-market team and help Finley realize revenue faster and more predictably.

You will work with our Sales and Marketing leaders to build, maintain, and improve on our GTM systems, tools, planning, and analysis. From setting up Sales Automation to testing Account-Based Marketing strategies, you'll help ensure that Finley has the necessary Sales data capture, integration, and analysis setup to meet our revenue goals.

The ideal candidate brings experience operating in ambiguous situations and executing on entrepreneurial projects. We’re looking for "0-to-1" individuals who are comfortable with autonomy early on and excited to build structures that will scale their own impact over time.

Your responsibilities

    • Working closely with GTM leadership, set up Sales infrastructure and automation to improve efficiency and funnel visibility, and execute on Finley's go-to-market strategy
    • Manage the vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation process for Finley's GTM tech stack
    • Configure CRM features, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, flows, processes, and templates
    • Creating internal updates and reports to help guide Marketing and Sales decision-making
    • Help set up and maintain an automated Sales commission tracking program
    • Design training materials and SOPs for all critical Sales tools
    • Work closely with the Sales team to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes

Your experience

    • 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS Sales Operations, preferably at a startup
    • Deep understanding of sales technology tools (Salesforce, sales automation, data enrichment offerings, etc.)
    • Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving systems, tools, and operational problems by using data-driven insights to improve sales productivity and performance
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Passion for technology and an ability to pick up new skills quickly
    • Team-oriented mentality and and desire to help others succeed
