We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our email and website strategy, while also playing a key role in lead nurturing, funnel optimization, andcustomer journey execution. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strategic thinking and strong execution - you’ll help define how we attract, engage, and convert leads through every step of the B2B marketing funnel.
What You’ll Do:
- Email Marketing
- Own our email calendar for campaigns, product launches, webinars, and promotions
- Write and manage email copy, design briefs, segmentation, testing, and reporting
- Develop nurture sequences and automated flows that move leads through the funnel
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Website Strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve website and dedicated landing page content, user flow, and conversion performance
- Project manage landing page creation, A/B testing, and page updates
- Support SEO initiatives and ensure marketing pages reflect current brand priorities
- Campaign Execution, Funnel Optimization & Customer Journey
- Implement marketing strategies that align with the full B2B customer journey - from awareness to conversion to retention
- Work closely with design, content, and digital teams to execute multi-channel campaigns
- Identify and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Drive lead generation and funnel optimization by addressing key drop-off points and friction in the journey
- Ensure messaging and campaigns consistently reflect the needs, motivations, and pain points of our ideal B2B customer
- Performance & Optimization
- Track KPIs and campaign ROI using tools like Keap, Pardot, SFDC, Google Analytics, and other platforms
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, user behavior, and performance trends
- Share insights and recommendations to help inform broader marketing strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in email, web, and funnel strategy
- Understanding of the full customer journey and how to execute at each stage (awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty)
- Strong writing and communication skills - you know how to craft clear, compelling messaging
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation, and A/B testing tools
- Experience developing or contributing to brand strategy, personas, and content plans

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
