We’re seeking an integrated Senior Art Director/Senior Designer specializing in Social Content & Marketing to join the marketing team. As a senior art director/senior designer on the marketing team, you’ll use visual storytelling to create concept, design, and art-direct stories through video, photo, interactive, and illustration. Your work will extend across various platforms, including app store visuals, email campaigns, branded videos, and engaging social media content. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be pivotal in elevating our brand's presence.

You’re an expert in storytelling who is comfortable taking an open-ended brief to high-fidelity designs. You have work that has drummed up social sharing and PR attention. You understand and love social media and channel expertise across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You are comfortable with production, with experience briefing photographers and illustrators and collaborating with our external creative agencies. A passion for sports, sports betting, and fantasy sports products is a plus.

The Role Itself

    • Concept, design, and art direct content that are editorial/social-first, culturally relevant, and have a big idea
    • Lead projects as the go-to art director/designer or only art director/designer from brainstorming to implementation, ensuring a seamless collaboration with our marketing and product teams.
    • Partner with other team members to forge a unified brand experience across all marketing channels.
    • Direct and design exceptional visual content, including photography, videography, typography, and branding.
    • Develop creative assets, guidelines, and templates for influencer collaborations and partnerships.
    • Experiment with new concepts to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
    • Maintain a positive and supportive team mentality in an open environment while leading projects from concept to execution.

Experience Required

    • A seasoned professional with 3-5+ years in the creative field, whether in an agency, design studio, production house, or an in-house marketing team.
    • A master of visual storytelling, capable of transforming briefs into high-fidelity designs that captivate and engage.
    • Well-versed in social media, with a keen understanding of how to leverage platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram for maximum impact.
    • Experienced in production, from briefing photographers and illustrators to working alongside external creative agencies.
    • A sports enthusiast with a passion for sports betting and fantasy sports (a plus, but not required).
    • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with motion design skills as a bonus.
    • A portfolio that showcases your creative across a range of deliverables.
