We’re seeking an integrated Senior Art Director/Senior Designer specializing in Social Content & Marketing to join the marketing team. As a senior art director/senior designer on the marketing team, you’ll use visual storytelling to create concept, design, and art-direct stories through video, photo, interactive, and illustration. Your work will extend across various platforms, including app store visuals, email campaigns, branded videos, and engaging social media content. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be pivotal in elevating our brand's presence.

You’re an expert in storytelling who is comfortable taking an open-ended brief to high-fidelity designs. You have work that has drummed up social sharing and PR attention. You understand and love social media and channel expertise across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You are comfortable with production, with experience briefing photographers and illustrators and collaborating with our external creative agencies. A passion for sports, sports betting, and fantasy sports products is a plus.

The Role Itself

    • Work with team members to help conceptualize and execute animation and videos for all our social platforms and marketing channels.
    • Work on projects from ideation and design through implementation in partnership with our marking and product team.
    • Translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
    • Collaborate with illustrators and designers to bring a cohesive brand experience to the world across all marketing touchpoints.
    • Elevate brand aesthetics while supporting the overall brand direction.
    • Work with partners across Fliff to guarantee an integrated brand experience.

Experience Required

    • 1-2+ years of industry experience: agency, design studio, production house, or relevant in-house marketing experience.
    • Ability to develop social-first campaigns with world-class visual craft
    • Cultural literacy—an understanding of industry trends and today's creative landscape—how users engage with content, and trends within marketing.
    • Well-versed in social media, with a keen understanding of how to leverage platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram for maximum impact.
    • Expertise in typography, composition, color, layout, editing, timing, sound design, design thinking, and content strategy.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Premiere and After Effects, with a desire to expand your toolkit.
    • A portfolio that showcases your motion design/animation, and a range of content strategy deliverables.
