About the role:
Flossy is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team! This team member will be integral to the success of our dental partners. This person will be responsible for onboarding new practices to the dental network, provide ongoing training and operational support to all practice staff, and play a critical role in the retention and growth of our dental partners.

Who you are:

    • 4-5 years minimum experience in dental management 
    • Self starter. Able to learn quickly, work autonomously, and prioritize effectively in a fast paced, start-up environment
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail
    • Comprehensive knowledge of dental treatments, procedures, and industry trends

Primary responsibilities include:

    • Work closely with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with multiple dentist accounts
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for dental offices: providing day-to-day triage, resolution management, and consultative guidance
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dentist interactions, agreements, and process changes
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product improvements and offerings, while maintaining a customer focus
    • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly performance to internal and external stakeholders
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Flexibility to travel to partner practices on a monthly basis
