To further our mission, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for working with our partners to ensure they attain value and achieve their goals through GameOn’s AI powered chat experiences.  You will serve as the customers main point of contact and advocate throughout their journey with GameOn.

Responsibilities

    • Build strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their objectives to create a great experience and ensure retention
    • Serve as internal SME on customer relationships to help partnerships team navigate renewals & upsell opportunities
    • Identify opportunities to build advocacy with customer base through case studies, referrals and quotes
    • Continually improve your client, industry, and product knowledge so you can effectively drive conversations
    • Communicate all client requests to appropriate internal teams and ensure timely delivery
    • Consistently meet or exceed retention goals
    • Help us iterate and build on our customer success playbooks and processes

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or relationship management role
    • Impeccable communication, time-management, and organizational skills
    • Experience leading meetings, driving agendas, and presenting
    • Customer obsessed and excited to learn new technologies
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a rapidly changing environment
