Role
Gantri is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced marketing leader to supercharge our growth. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, including product launches, influencer marketing, paid media and content. You will own our entire marketing budget, working with external and internal team members to deliver ROI across channels. You will be a key member of Gantri’s leadership team, working alongside the CEO, head of product and industrial design.

Responsibilities

    • Define and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that aligns with our business goals.
    • Develop a cohesive and compelling brand narrative that appeals to our target audiences and promotes brand loyalty.
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure an effective allocation of resources.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of all marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Liaise with other departments to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with other business activities, in particular new product initiatives.
    • Monitor and measure marketing campaign effectiveness and report on outcomes.
    • Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to facilitate growth. Encourage effective leadership, decision-making, collaboration, and innovation.

Skills

    • Proven track record of driving growth at a high-growth consumer startup.
    • Experience developing effective marketing and sales strategies.
    • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
    • Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to work on cross-functional teams.
    • A results-driven approach with a strong drive for business growth.
    • A builder's mindset, able to shift quickly between strategic thinking and hands-on implementation.
    • Exceptional managerial and employee development skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others in a positive manner.

Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA is preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a startup or high-growth business environment.
