Role

Gantri is looking for a highly-experienced Business Developer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for increasing revenue and customer acquisition through new business partnerships for Gantri.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, with the proven ability to establish meaningful relationships internally and externally to meet our growth goals. With a love for design and a deep understanding of the consumer landscape, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and securing new business opportunities.

Requirements

    • 5+ years of business development or similar experience at a brand or agency. Familiarity with DTC or start-ups preferred
    • Proven ability to draw new clients, nurture relationships and bring them to the finish line
    • Highly brand conscious with an expert understanding of the consumer landscape of lifestyle, fashion, and interior industries
    • Ability to identify market trends to continuously maximize opportunities for growth
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of a project from start to finish and prioritize as required. Familiarity of Asana a plus
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking on multiple projects or clients at any given time
    • Understanding of product development and marketing preferred
    • Past experience can include: PR Manager, Ecommerce Merchandiser, Sales Rep, Product Developer, Business Developer, Marketing Manager, or Client Manager
