About the Role
Care Agent Experience Intern will be assisting Care Experience Agent section in the Service Excellence function. As a project-based administrative assistant, the intern will help on specifically below on-going project fields. If you're very detail oriented, love to assist integration projects, while working on exciting topics like AI & Technology, this could role could be yours!
What Will You Do
- Manage day-to-day project implementation in daily standup; exposure in both technical & people project management.
- Create the guidebook to be shared as flow handling for agents
- Playing the role of QA checker to the success of our project implementation
What You Will Need
- Candidate must be at least an undergraduate student, minimum on their 7th or 8th semester with minimum to zero schedule disruption
- Experience in managing tasks at organization level or event/project level
- Able to confidently communicate verbally and in written
- Proficiency in passive English
- Proficiency with basic data management, presenting numbers, but also willing to work in administrative work
